A Four-Phase End-to-End Process

Ligier Automotive delivers complete industrial projects through a structured methodology—from planning and development to fabrication and validation:

- Pre-project phase: joint definition of the technical specifications with the client

- Development phase: product architecture, CAD modeling and drawings, ISO tolerancing, product/process FMEAs, and calculations

- Manufacturing & assembly: industrialization of parts (machining, composites, welding), chassis and component fabrication, full vehicle assembly

- Validation phase: final updates, tooling follow-up, static and dynamic testing, and collaborative fine-tuning with the client
