Ligier JS Cup France, Nogaro : First win for LADC 49!
The Ligier JS Cup France headed to the Gers, to the Paul Armagnac circuit in Nogaro, on September 27 and 28, 2024, for the sixth and penultimate race of the 2024 season. Twenty-one Ligier JS2 Rs turned out for a six-hour race. LADC 49's #49 Ligier JS2 R took its first overall and Gentleman's title. Also in the Elite classification, it was a first victory for the Trajectus Motorsport 83 Ligier JS2 R #83 driven by Vincent Bouteiller and Martin Lacquemanne.
- After three hours of private testing, Friday September 27 continued with an hour of free practice and a thirty-minute qualifying session.
- The race takes place on Saturday September 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Elite: Trajectus Motorsport 83 takes its first win of the season.
- After several podium finishes, Trajectus Motorsport and its duo of Vincent Bouteiller and Martin Lacquemanne finally won the crown.
- They had to battle hard with the #129 DRIVN EDX Ligier JS2 R of Xavier Dayraut and Andréa Deldossi. The latter finished on the second step of the podium.
- The #9 Orhès Matimmo Feu Vert Beaune Ligier JS2 R completed the podium, securing the 2024 Champion title with Thomas Martinez, Emeric Merzougui and Olivier Pernaut just one round to go.
Gentleman: First win for LADC 49 too
- In the gentleman's classification, LADC 49's #49 Ligier JS2 R took its first win of the season with Ludovic Loeul, Hervé Tramblaye and Alban Varutti. They even claimed the overall win.
- No Limit Racing's #408 Ligier JS2 R, driven by Guillaume Charpentier, Amaury Dours and Sébastien Margot, scored its third podium of the season.
- DRIVN MCDO's #11 took its first podium of the season with Olivier Deschamps, Alain Grand and Paul Jouffreau.
The seventh and final round of the Ligier JS Cup France will take place on the Portimão circuit in Portugal on October 11 and 12. The Ligier Junior Programme will be back in action on this occasion.
