A strong and successful 2025 season for the Ligier XC04 Cross Car
The 2025 season marks a major milestone for the Ligier XC04 Cross Car. Competing in more than six national and international championships across Europe, the model developed by Ligier Advanced Technologies stands out for its competitiveness and reliability, securing three national titles and numerous top-level results against strong competition.
Three national titles and clear dominance
In the Belgian Cross Car Championship, Kobe Pauwels confirms his full potential. As a Ligier development driver, he dominates the season by winning every race he enters, clinching the championship title as early as the penultimate round.
In the German ADAC XC Cup, Volland Racing earns its first national title thanks to Tim Braumüller. Consistent and competitive throughout the season, the German driver finishes on the podium in every race and is crowned national champion behind the wheel of the Ligier XC04.
In the Netherlands, 17-year-old Pim Vlassak demonstrates remarkable consistency. His steady performances allow him to build a decisive 17-point advantage over his main rival and secure the national title, highlighting the XC04's accessibility and its strong development potential for young drivers.
High-level performances across Europe
In Estonia, Martin Järveoja—regular co-driver of Ott Tänak in the FIA World Rally Championship—strings together podium finishes throughout the season. He concludes the championship as runner-up, just 5.5 points behind the leader.
In the United Kingdom, the Ligier XC04 also shines in a highly competitive field. Facing 18 competitors, Ben Bartlett and Will Ovenden finish second and third overall respectively, once again confirming the model's competitiveness in a wide range of racing environments.
A notable return to the FIA European Championship
After several promising appearances in 2022 and 2023 with Vincent Priat—highlighted by four pole positions and one victory—the Ligier XC04 returns to the FIA European Cross Car Championship in 2025. Entered with Nicolas Langhendries, the model delivers strong performances in a particularly competitive field, including a Top 5 finish and multiple Top 10 results over the course of the season.
A benchmark season for the Ligier XC04
National titles, regular podiums, and front-running performances across championships with diverse profiles: the 2025 season confirms the Ligier XC04 as one of the reference Cross Cars in Europe. Designed to meet the demands of top-level competition while remaining accessible to both young drivers and experienced teams, the XC04 continues its upward trajectory and strengthens its appeal.
