Over €8,000 raised for Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque at the Le Mans 24 Hours Centenary Official Film Premiere
In early December, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, in partnership with the Méga CGR in Saint-Saturnin, organised a premiere of the Official Film of the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. On this occasion, the Ligier JS P3 was on display in front of the cinema in support of the Association Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
The Ligier JS P3 had already been on display during the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans last June, helping the association to collect several thousand donations by allowing spectators to make a donation symbolised by a "Stick'Cœur" stuck on the car. This operation was repeated during the premiere of the Official Film of the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car ended up completely covered in red hearts. The operation, which further strengthens Ligier Automotive's commitment to charity, raised €8,780. The proceeds will be used to perform heart surgery in France on children from underprivileged countries suffering from heart malformations.
