Triple Win for Ligier in Brazil: The Ligier JS P320 Dominates at Velopark.
It was an all-Ligier JS P320 podium on June 21-22, 2025, in Brazil during the third round of the 2025 Endurance Brasil championship. The thrilling 3-hour-and-20-minute race at Velopark saw the Ligier JS P320 #117 of BTZ Motorsport take the win, followed by the #88 of Foresti Sports and the #22 of GForce Autosport.
The race was long dominated by the #42 Foresti Sports Ligier JS P320, driven by Lucas Foresti, before contact with another car ended its hopes. This twist reshuffled the order heading into the final third of the race.
Taking advantage of a flawless strategy, the Ligier JS P320 #18 of FTR Motorsport moved into the lead. But despite the strong performance by Ricci, Toso, and Loftsgaard, the car was disqualified after the race for being under the minimum weight limit. The same penalty was handed to the #31, which had originally finished third.
Victory was therefore awarded to the Ligier JS P320 #117 of BTZ Motorsport. Gaetano di Mauro and Arthur Pavie, who staged a spectacular late-race charge, secured their second win of the season after triumphing at the opening round in Interlagos.
The Ligier JS P320 #88 of Fernando Gorayeb and Adriano Buzaid inherited second place. It marked the pair's second podium finish in just three P1 class outings.
Rounding out the podium was the Ligier JS P320 #22 of GForce Autosport, driven by André Moraes Jr., Daniel Lancaster, and Flávio Abrunhoza, who also claimed victory in the Legends Trophy.
With this 1-2-3 finish, the Ligier JS P320 once again proves its competitiveness and reliability in one of the most demanding endurance championships in South America.
