Endurance Brasil: GForce Autosport wins at Interlagos and reignites the championship fight.
The Ligier JS P320 continues to dominate Endurance Brasil. The day after Foresti Sports' victory in the second round, GForce Autosport claimed its turn at the top at Autódromo de Interlagos in São Paulo, winning the third round of the 2026 season on May 24.
The #27 GForce Autosport Ligier JS P320, entrusted to Gustavo Kiryla, Renan Guerra and Marco Pisani, won the race after 102 laps and gave GForce Autosport its first victory of the season. The #42 Foresti Sports Ligier JS P320 finished second with Lucas Foresti, Victor Foresti and Gabriel Koenigkan, while its sister car, the #88 Ligier JS P320 driven by Felipe Gorayeb, Rodrigo Martins and Andre Pavie, completed the podium.
First victory of the season for GForce Autosport
Beaten by only three tenths of a second the previous day by the #42 Foresti Sports Ligier JS P320, the #27 GForce Autosport Ligier JS P320 took its revenge in the third round of the championship.
Renan Guerra, Gustavo Kiryla and Marco Pisani delivered a strong race and ended Foresti Sports' unbeaten run since the start of the season. After 3:01:56 of racing and 102 laps completed, the #27 GForce Autosport Ligier JS P320 crossed the finish line in first place.
The victory allowed GForce Autosport to close the gap to Foresti Sports to just 20 points in the P1 standings and reignite the championship battle.
Another 100% Ligier JS P320 podium
As in the second round, the Ligier JS P320s locked out the top positions in the overall standings. The #42 Foresti Sports Ligier JS P320, winner of the first two races of the season, finished second and retained the championship lead.
Third place went to its sister car, the #88 Ligier JS P320 driven by Felipe Gorayeb, Rodrigo Martins and Andre Pavie. Sixth the previous day, the crew stepped onto the podium this time and confirmed its progress in the P1 category.
With the top three positions overall, the Ligier JS P320s claimed another sweep at Interlagos.
Four Ligier cars in the top four
The Ligier teams' performance continued beyond the podium. The #22 GForce Autosport Ligier JS P320, driven by Daniel Lancaster, Flavio Abrunhoza and Moraes Jr, finished fourth overall and in the P1 category.
The P1 championship tightens
After three rounds, Foresti Sports remains the leader in the P1 category with the #42 Ligier JS P320 and 430 points. But thanks to its victory in the third round, GForce Autosport reduced the gap with the #27, now second with 410 points.
Behind them, two Foresti Sports Ligier JS P320s are tied on points: the #2 driven by Eduardo Elias, Miguel Rosário and Alexandre Rosário, and the #88 driven by Felipe Gorayeb, Rodrigo Martins and Andre Pavie, both with 220 points.
In the Legends category, Victor Foresti also retains the championship lead with 435 points. Miguel Rosário sits third, while Flavio Abrunhoza is fourth.
The Ligier JS P320 confirms at Interlagos.
With two races held over two days at Interlagos, the Ligier JS P320 scored two victories, two 100% Ligier podiums and clearly dominated the P1 category.
The next Endurance Brasil round will take place on June 27 at Autódromo Velopark in Nova Santa Rita and will mark the end of the first half of the championship.
