A new American championship opens its doors to the Ligier JS P3!

The Ligier JS P3 has found a new playing field in the USA! In 2023, the French constructor's first-generation LMP3s will race in the new prototype category during the Morgan Performance Group's (MPG) Prototype Celebration weekends. The Ligier JS P4s could also join the championship. Over three days, drivers will take part in five free practice sessions (190 minutes), a qualifying session (20 minutes), a sprint race (30 minutes) and a 50-minute endurance race.

“We'll have nearly five hours of on-track activity for the Prototype Celebration cars each race weekend. We believe that is one of the strongest schedules for the division in North America,” said Rob Morgan, CEO and founder of the Morgan Performance Group (MPG).
